We believe that great whisky comes from great casks. That's why we use experimental maturation strategies that you won't find anywhere else. By finishing our whisky in unusual and rare-to-source oak casks, such as Japanese Mizunara we create complex and unique flavours that can't be replicated. 

We know that 80-90% of the flavour of a whisky comes from the casks it's matured in. That's why we spare no expense when it comes to sourcing the perfect oak.

Unlike larger market players, we focus on the oak because we know it's essential to creating a truly exceptional whisky. We source the oak fresh and hand-select each cask for its nose, directly from the region where it's grown. Then, we fly it in and use it immediately to maximize the flavour transfer. We are occasionally asked about our pricing and we hope this helps. We spare no expense when it comes to sourcing our casks, we hand bottle on site and work collaboratively and internationally as a small team to produce whisky that is bold, unique and sometimes avant-guarde...
